HOW TO ORDER
Your order will be processed while you stay at home, and you will have full control over its implementation. Get to know our order processing steps below.
STEP 1
YOUR
FURNITURE IDEA
Call or write to us, what you need, in what sizes and in what colors, you can also attach a photo of a piece of furniture from the internet that inspired you.
STEP 2
FURNITURE DESIGN AND OFFER
Based on your information, we will prepare a 3D furniture design and determine the details of the implementation based on it. Based on the agreed design, we will send you an offer with expected delivery time of your furniture.
STEP 3
ORDER
After accepting the offer, we will send you an e-mail order agreement for approval. After confirming the order, we will ask you to make an advance payment of 30% of the gross order value.
STEP 4
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Upon receipt of the advance payment we start implementing your project. If there is a need, we will consult with you on a regular basis, e.g. how to arrange the boards before gluing them with photographs. We will deliver the finished piece of furniture to the address you specify. Payment of the remaining value will be settled upon delivery of the furniture after viewing. You will receive a 5-year warranty on our furniture.
